Extruding Line
Film Extruding Line is extensively used to extrude plastic films, particularly those used in the flexible packaging sector. PE, PP, or PA granulates are melted in an extruder and forced through a flat extrusion die, extruding a sheet of molten polymer onto a cooled roller in a cast film extruder. Film Extruding Line mostly extrude linear low density polyethylene in mixes with various polymers and additives. The plastic film extrusion machine's operating mechanism is to fully plasticize the materials by depending on the pressure and shear force created by screw rotation and equally mix and shape through the die.
